News Bureau
The News Bureau is the front line of the company. These employees will work to create our articles, make graphics for the company, and any other kind of public-facing items. The News Bureau holds the following divisions:
Journalism - These employees are tasked with creating, proofreading, and fact-checking all articles released by the Ridgeway Post. Journalists are an extremely important aspect of the company, as they are responsible for enacting our message and keeping our news interesting.
Production - These employees are tasked with recording events and or active scenes, editing content, and assisting journalists with proofreading, fact-checking, or any other requests.
Administration Bureau
The Administration Bureau is the backend of the company. These employees are responsible for employment, training, and ensuring our standards are upheld. The Administration Bureau holds the following divisions:
Human Resources - These employees are tasked with processing new applications, helping applicants through the training process, and being alongside new hires throughout their success in the company.
Training & Development - These employees are tasked with processing new applications, helping applicants through the training process, and being alongside new hires throughout their success in the company.
